Best experience I've had so far at Honda North I bought my 2004 Civic at Honda and this Service appt was the best I've had so far. Kim was great, she was so very helpful and informative. She took I bought my 2004 Civic at Honda and this Service appt was the best I've had so far. Kim was great, she was so very helpful and informative. She took extra steps to help me understand sway bars. Joe the shuttle driver was great too, we had lovely conversation on our ride. Great Experience I found a 2011 Ridgeline on the Honda North website, so I made an appointment for a test drive. Cindy called on the day of my appointment and confirm I found a 2011 Ridgeline on the Honda North website, so I made an appointment for a test drive. Cindy called on the day of my appointment and confirmed that they still had the vehicle. Dominic accompanied me for the test drive and was able to answer all of my questions. The price for my trade was fair and I was able to complete the purchase in just under two hours. Everyone was friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The only experience with the service department was when I had to get my inspection sticker two days later and that took all of 30 minutes. More
Dead Battery This was my second trip in a week for a dead battery. The first visit they replaced the remote starter antenna but the dead battery happened again. After my service was done and payed for I ended up buying a new Pilot the same day!!! Vic took care of me by telling me what service I did need at this appt. The gentleman that checked me in when i pulled a new Pilot the same day!!! Vic took care of me by telling me what service I did need at this appt. The gentleman that checked me in when i pulled into the service bay was very thorough in going over everything that had been performed and would beed to be done in the future. He reminded me of the VIP service and I ended up driving away with a new Pilot that afternoon!!! More
