Dear tracyb59, We are sorry to hear that your experience at Honda North was less than expectable for your standards and for ours. We pride ourselves on customer service and we clearly did not show you the service that you deserve. We apologize for the wait time for an oil change. Being an express service, no appointments can be made for oil changes as it is on a first come first serve basis. We try to accommodate all customers and service their vehicles in a timely manner. When you arrived at Honda North at 7:05 there should have been fresh coffee made. We have addressed this issue and assure you that improvements have been made to make sure this will not happen again. When inspecting your car, our service technicians should have noticed the hole in the floor mats. We have back tracked this issue and have taken steps in improving the inspection of each vehicle before it is sold. Unfortunately we have been experiencing several issues with our car wash over the past few months. We post a sign in front of the express service lanes indicating if the car wash is open or not. When the car wash is not working properly, we do not allow customer’s vehicles in because of the possibility of causing damage to the car. We are doing our best to keep the car wash up and running for our customers to enjoy.
