Always have used dealer for service. If car is out of warranty, why pay so much more, we now truly wonder. How much have we overpaid for years? Not a good feeling. More

A Good Experience I scheduled my appointment on line. When I arrived at Honda North pulled up to the Service area, parked and entered. I was immediately acknowledged, i I scheduled my appointment on line. When I arrived at Honda North pulled up to the Service area, parked and entered. I was immediately acknowledged, information given but I didn't look at the mileage. I was going to go out to get it and the Service Rep asked for my key, pulled the car into the garage coming back into the office area entered the information into the computer. Because I always bring my car into Honda North all of the service information came up and the gentleman was able to see what type of service my car needed and explain everything very clearly to me. He gave me an estimated time that would be needed. I told him that I was prepared to wait, I had reading material with me and a coffee. I was and always have been impressed with your service department. Over the years I've had other vehicles having to deal with their service departments. I firmly believe you can judge a vehicle by not only the service their service department gives but the respect given the customer. I am so very pleased with my Honda and the Service Department at Honda North I would, and have, recommended the Dealership to others. Tim explained the procedure in terms I could understand and made sure my specific concerns were addressed. He was friendly, thorough, and kept me informed on the process by phone. My calls were promptly returned, which makes a world of difference when trying to complete a big service and pick your vehicle up in the same day. I did receive a loaner vehicle, which Tim advised that I may want to do since the service takes a few hours - I'm glad I did! I was able to get my daily errands done while my CR-V was being worked on. Thanks again, Tim! More
