I made an appointment in person and was told that this was normal for CRVs. That “it’s just like the click of a light switch” and that it is how they are made and there was nothing they could do about it. I informed the man that I wouldn’t pay $25,000 for a light switch that clicked and that if this was the case, they should hire an engineer to develop a new switch. I also informed him that when I purchased this car, I actually bought 2 CRVs and the other car was not making this sound. He agreed to make the service appointment. I made the appointment as early as possible, hoping my day wouldn’t be ruined. I dropped my car off at 7am... and didn’t hear back till 3pm! When I received the call, I was told the car isn’t making any noise and I could pick it up at any time. When I arrived, I brought the service man to the car without getting into the car and touched the brake. The noise was clearly still there (and loud enough to be heard over the radio). I was just stared at... The following week, I called the manager who didn’t seem too interested in the story. He also told me the brake switch will click. When I told him I had another 2014 CRV to compare to, he said to bring the car in for another look (I think he just wanted me off the phone). He did however agree to give me a rental car when I came to drop the car off for the same problem. Needless to say, the brake switch was replaced and now doesn’t make a sound. Overall, the experience was awful but at least it was fixed I guess. More

How To Make A Sad Day Good I didn't want a new car, I just wanted my old, sick, dying car to be magically OK. The salesman I was assigned to, Peter Anderson, was right there, i I didn't want a new car, I just wanted my old, sick, dying car to be magically OK. The salesman I was assigned to, Peter Anderson, was right there, in understanding and in working realistically within my limits. What I was hearing from him about a car was exactly what I was shown and offered. Any showroom waiting was reasonable, and not because another customer had arrived or someone else was on the phone. The test drive was very comfortable and calm. I felt acquainted to the car within seconds. Peter explained options in a clear and organized fashion so that I was able to make financial decisions quickly and with confidence. Every timeline he presented was kept. Picking up a new, beautiful car was the easiest big decision I've ever made. Thank you, Peter. And the first week I've had the car has been just as relaxed. And if I have a question in the future, I have no doubt that when I call, Peter will be just as helpful and accommodating (and remember me) as during the buying process. More

The 3 men listed above were great. However....after 6 days had to call to find out was my registration ready?? and was told yes come on up. When I got there I had to wait 2 hours for my registration and a sticker on a week old car! I realize it was busy but was told 1/2 hr wait and 2 hours later, holding squirmy 8 mo old, I got my sticker..Have been dealing with Honda for over 12yrs and this was my first unhappy experience though. More

We went to Honda North planning on buying certified pre-owned since my husband has a 2001 Honda CIvic. Nagi started helping us before we even walked in the door. He never pressured us in any way and gave his honest opinion on every option we were weighing. We ended up with a brand new Accord and couldn't be happier. Honda North and Nagi gave us a very fair price and took care of everything. When we picked the car up it was clean, filed with gas and oil, inspected and my new plates and registration were on the car. Thank you Nagi!! More

I work almost 6 days a week and live about 45 minutes away, but I'll wait to make the trip to Honda North because I know they'll take care of me there. Never pushy on what service needs to get done, consistently ahead of schedule, remarkably friendly, and very quick to give free consultations on my vehicle (I've asked dozens of questions before and the technician working with me was able to answer all of them without hesitation). I have nothing but praise for everyone on the team there. Please keep it up! **Side note: This review process was ridiculously hard to finish...it kept making me re-enter stuff...may wanna fix that More
2002 Honda Civic Made an appointment for my daughter's car for service on Saturday 6/14 at 9am. Arrived at 8:55 and got right in and wanted to wait for a diagnosis. They told me it would take a couple of hours to get a determination. When they came out at 11am, I was told it was the compressor and the estimate was around $1,080.00. and would not be ready until around 4pm. I arranged a ride from my wife and left to wait for an update. Received a call from Vic around 2pm stating they were having an additional problem getting the alternator out to replace the compressor and would need to replace the alternator as well for an additional $350.00 and would not be ready to hopefully 5-5:30pm. I had no choice and had them proceed. The car was finished at 5:30pm and because of Vic the total was capped at $1,200.00. Overall she was very compassionate about the cost and explained everything throughout the process. More
