We may not offer a rewards program like some other traditional retail oriented stores but we do offer numerous loyalty discounts. If you purchase you vehicle from Honda North and perform all schedule services, you will receive intermittent free oil changes. Another reward we offer our loyal customers is an extended powertrain warranty to 100,000 miles. If you service your vehicle at all times with us, Honda North extends the Honda manufacturer warranty of 60,000 miles to 100,000 miles, a 40% increase on your warranty - only at Honda North! Free oil changes and extended powertrain warranty may not be part of an official “rewards” program but along with providing “excellent” service to our customers, hopefully reason enough to continue being a customer at Honda North. Dear lisa8833, We are sorry for the numerous complications that our scheduling error caused you, your loved ones and the sitter as we believe you are 100% correct. Honda North is not perfect but we strive to do right by the customer every time and from the hundreds of reviews we have received to date, we are doing a solid job but still have many areas of improvement. One of those areas of improvement is working with our scheduling coordinators to properly diagnose the situation, review technicians schedules and set a realistic expectation with the customer. The appointment coordinators need to realize when we are over booked, people on vacation or call in sick etc., it is going to cause delays so they must schedule appropriately. We recently had another review with similar sentiment so we immediately met to review the appointment process and make corrections. Unfortunately, our updates to the appointment process were not implemented before your appointment but being employee owned gave us the flexibility to react promptly. On a positive note, we are happy that you felt everyone was nice as though we made an error, we are glad that the environment we create is warm and welcoming. Again, we apologize for disappointing you and would love a second chance. Thanks for the feedback as we use such responses as constructive criticism to improve our ways.
