2 days and still waiting Unhappy customer! The part was not in stock and my vehicle has been there for 2 days and still not ready. Nobody has bother to call me on the 2nd day Unhappy customer! Chad Nobrega was great Chad helped when we came in to look at a FIT a few months back. We liked him and when we came in again we requested him. He was friendly, honest and Chad helped when we came in to look at a FIT a few months back. We liked him and when we came in again we requested him. He was friendly, honest and very helpful. We ended up leasing a Civic. I have had bad experiences looking for cars (pressure to buy, intimidation, etc) but we actually had fun looking at the cars with Chad and we are very happy with our choice. We would definitely recommend him to any friends looking to buy or lease a car. More

Fastest Oil Change Ever! And It was Free! I needed an oil change and expected it to take up to an hour. I think it took 25 minutes, tops! Very little haggling to get where we needed to be on trade and new car price. Service for inspection sticker went great!! They let us wait in the big garage for a sticker while the kids napped and when they woke up they played in the play room(kids love it there also!!) the car was in line for sticker as if I had left it right away. Looking forward to using Honda North for all of our service needs. More

Although the shop was already busy, I was greeted by a smile and directed where to bring my paperwork. The service was performed quickly and when the person in the service department came to tell me that the work was complete he also gave me information about what to expect with next scheduled maintenance visit. The service waiting area was also cleaner and better equipped than my local breakfast restaurant. Nice extra! Overall, painless, fast service. More
