Ivanete, the salesperson who served us was extremely friendly and gave us the best possible customer service. She has awesome interpersonal skills. She introduced herself to us in a professional matter and guided us through the entire process about the " Brand New Car " I purchased; and even served us with drinks such as water and coffee. She briefly explained to us everything in details and helped me to get the best deal. I would like to also thank the other team members who encouraged me to close the deal, steven and the financial manager who i can't remember his name. Anyways, I would definitely suggest the North Honda dealership to others if they ever ask me. Thanks again! More

The customer services rep remembered me from my previous Honda even though it had been a while since I was in for service. She was friendly, helpful and made sure the car was ready when promised! Additionally, my sales person Nagi Fayed met me before I could even ask for him and gave me the spare key and asked if I needed anything. The service is outstanding! More

If you look at the service history on the Civic, I have spent quite a bit of money and you cant give a discount to long time customers to purchase and install a battery...! I am returning on Tuesday b/c transmission fluid is leaking...If I recall 3-4 years ago you serviced the transmission which was new only had about 20,000 miles...now you want to charge me for a transamission inspection fee to determine the cause of the leak...!!!
