And when it came to negotiating the price, he tried to throw numbers around to make it look like I was getting a deal. He is the reason I despise car dealers. I was then put into the financing room where I sat for two more hours while I waited for a non-functioning computer even though there were plenty of other computers working. More

My Honda Fit has required so little maintenance that I can't really comment on the "quality of work" -- in 3 years, I've had one or two small problems and, as far as I can tell, they've been fixed immediately with no hassle.
