Inspection Sticker service I came in on a holiday, at 3:45, for a new inspection sticker. I pulled right in and was on my way by 4:30. The time was just as quoted and what I exp I came in on a holiday, at 3:45, for a new inspection sticker. I pulled right in and was on my way by 4:30. The time was just as quoted and what I expected. My only comment is that even though it was only in for an inspection sticker service, my car was obviously heavily coated with salt from very recent snow/ice activity and although the car wash was operating, it didn't get a wash. I didn't expect an interior cleaning but a quick run through the wash would have been appreciated. Thanks, Bill Clemens More

Got a bunch of calls from a bunch of dealers around our area, but for some reason the price on Honda North was good. So we decided to give them a try. As soon as we walked in we were treated like we were home by one of the salesman his name is Jonathan Rennicks you know what, never had such a good service in my life, this was one the best experiences dealing with a car purchase. He made it hassle free and we went home with the car we wanted. I'll recommend Honda North to anybody that needs a new vehicle and Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.. above and beyond i scheduled my appointment on line, and needed a new passenger side mirror. well, they have to order the mirror, and it takes a day to arrive, but no i scheduled my appointment on line, and needed a new passenger side mirror. well, they have to order the mirror, and it takes a day to arrive, but no one looked at my appointment request until later tuesday, so it was too late to get in time. I had other service that needed to be done so i kept the appointment. Kyle was my service man and when I mentioned it to him when he was checking me in, he put an order in for the mirror, rented me a car, and kept my car overnight so I would not have to come back a second time to get the work done. my car was ready the next morning by 10am, and i was all set. what started as me being annoyed with on line appointment making ended with me being a very satisfied customer.
