Wait Time Accuracy I am satisfied with the work done. My only qualm is that is in the future, your employees should be more accurate with the wait time. I told the person who took my car that I had to be in Fall River at 1:00 and asked him what the wait time would be (this was around 11:20). He told me 1 hour. An hour had passed, and I checked in with the cashier, who politely checked the turn-around time for me. I was told it would be another hour. I didn't realize that the work I needed (an oil change) could wait, b/c my dashboard said "oil life" and I wasn't sure how long that would last. I had to drive to Fall River and back. I ended up missing my appointment because of the inaccuracy I what I was told and wasn't told. In the future, employees should be completely up front with customers, especially if we let them know we have to appointments to make. More

On the first visit, a battery check was done which apparently did not indicate any weakness in the battery at that time. The tech on that day did not seem inclined to do any further diagnostics and sent me on my way. I returned several weeks later due to the same problem (car wouldn't start) and at that point, it appeared that I DID need a new battery. It was just a shade over two years old so it was still under warranty and the dealership replaced it without charge. More
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I tried to trade in my car here was the worst experience of my life. I was pushed off to Jay who immediately had an attitude because according to him I tried to trade in my car here was the worst experience of my life. I was pushed off to Jay who immediately had an attitude because according to him people don't turn in leases 6 months early. Apparently there is a lot of prejudice about not renewing or buying from Honda and I felt it. He had no idea what he was doing, threw tantrums several times in the 10 minutes I was at the dealership. He grabbed a pen out of my hand, basically threw a phone at me when I asked to speak with Honda corporate. I left the dealership outraged, but had to then return to sign paperwork. I talked to Gus a sales manager and told him of my awful experience with Jay and Gus proceeded to put me with Jay AGAIN! Jay gave me paperwork to sign for payments I had already made. I obviously refused to sign a contract for money that I didn't owe. He took the paper and tore it up! Literally in front of my face. He had me sign another odometer reading piece of paper work and sent me on my way. The dealership refused to turn in my plates even after all of this! I will never be buying/leasing anything to do with Honda in the near future. Jay should not be interacting with the general public- he looked at me as if he wanted to skin me alive. It was by far the most disturbing experience of my life. More

Quick fix! I went in because my car had a recall on it for the airbag- I was expecting them to just check it out and send me on my way because I would have to co I went in because my car had a recall on it for the airbag- I was expecting them to just check it out and send me on my way because I would have to come back once the part was ordered, but they replaced it right then and there. They said it would take an hour but it probably only took about 30 minutes! More
Missing cover/inspection sticker I purchased a new 2015 Honda Fit and a few days later I noticed a piece was missing from the area of the gear shift stick. When I went in to get my inspection sticker, the service department quickly addressed my concern by ordering the missing cover. I was in and out within 30 minutes with my inspection sticker and a copy of the order for the missing part. More
Great work, need a little more attention to customer My oil change took only twenty minutes and they changed the wiper inserts as asked (as well as vacuumed the interior). However, they didn't come to get me. I noticed my car parked outside after another twenty minutes (according to the time stamp on the completion paperwork) and asked for it. He was a little swift in handing me my paperwork, but maybe out of being embarrassed because he forgot me (and didn't think to apologize for the delay in getting me). They weren't particularly busy. Mistakes happen, but an apology would have been nice. More
