The salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable and took the time to over the car, the difference in trim level, and to go over all of the features. We did let him know that we were looking but we could not make any purchases. He understood and never put any pressure on us to "sign on the line". When we left we decided that we would return to make the purchase. We ended up going back last week and worked with Dominic to finalize the sale. I have been to many dealerships and this was the first time we left one without feeling overwhelmed or pressured into making any purchase on day one. More

10,000 service Car alerted me it was time for a service. Called Honda North made a time convenient for me, dropped car off and within the time given it was done. Wait Time Accuracy I am satisfied with the work done. My only qualm is that is in the future, your employees should be more accurate with the wait time. I told the person who took my car that I had to be in Fall River at 1:00 and asked him what the wait time would be (this was around 11:20). He told me 1 hour. An hour had passed, and I checked in with the cashier, who politely checked the turn-around time for me. I was told it would be another hour. I didn't realize that the work I needed (an oil change) could wait, b/c my dashboard said "oil life" and I wasn't sure how long that would last. I had to drive to Fall River and back. I ended up missing my appointment because of the inaccuracy I what I was told and wasn't told. In the future, employees should be completely up front with customers, especially if we let them know we have to appointments to make. More
