Once again a great car buying experience I did my read each online and decided to test drive Honda Pilot Touring. I chose Honda North because I had a good experience there previously. Salesma I did my read each online and decided to test drive Honda Pilot Touring. I chose Honda North because I had a good experience there previously. Salesman names Garrett took me for a test drive and explained all features of Pilot. I imformed him I didn't want to play the typical back and forth game. Garrett came back with Gus a sales manager. In a matter of minute I got a fair amount for my trade and a great price on my new Pilot. All toll it took me less than 45 minutes and I picked up my car the next day. Awesome experience More

OK, but lack attention to detail As far as I can tell the maintenance and repairs were all done satisfactorily and in time/cost quoted. The quality of the work was very good. First I never got a phone call telling me my car was ready to be picked up. Next, the service rep was unable to find my car in the lot and I waited more that 15 minutes for my car. Last, my car was washed but not vacuumed. I returned to the service bay and wait another 10 min for the car to be properly cleaned. More
