The Excellence in Customer Service I have owned a few cars in my life time, and have been to lots of Dealerships for service on my cars, but I have never experienced the incredible Cust I have owned a few cars in my life time, and have been to lots of Dealerships for service on my cars, but I have never experienced the incredible Customer Service then at Honda North. I was greeted with a smile, was told what was going to be done, and waited in the service area waiting room which was very comfortable. When my car was ready,the service person explained everything, asked if I had any questions, handed me the repair sheet, and I left with a smile. Since this was my first time for service at Honda North, I hope all future service calls will be as enjoyable. I will recommend Honda North to friends and family. More

Great Service Deoartment Had my new Honda in for a couple things. Had an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. To my surprise they took my car right away and had the part changed and back to me all fixed in about an hour. Never thought that would happen with all the people that were waiting.
