Don't understand I went to Honda morristown to see if they could help me get a car, I had no credit score and neither did my son. They helped me get a car but the one I went to Honda morristown to see if they could help me get a car, I had no credit score and neither did my son. They helped me get a car but the one that i did not really want, a white ford with 86000 miles on it. It was ok but i really really wanted a honda even if it had 100,000 on it, I've always believed a honda takes a licking and keeps on ticking, so to speak. Anyway i got the ford, had it for 3 weeks more or less and the service engine soon light comes on, i take it to them to fix and while i am there the salesman tells me they just got a honda civic in with less than 17,000 on it, full warrenties and everything on it, heated seats, backup help, you name it, they tell me it will be ok to put 600 down, (i had put 1200 on ford) so i leave believing that the car is mine with my dad's credit which is a fairly good score. So today i get a call to bring the car back, they say they have tried every bank possible to let us get the car, i have to take the ford back, a car i did not really want, they did not offer to try to get us anything else. What i do not understand, why do they let you leave with the car believing it's your car just to take it away a few day's later? Seem's to me it would be easier to get turned down before you get use to the car. I am more than a little upset about the car having to go back, but all i can do i guess is put up with the ford,pay it on time and God willing get a honda or something better later. More
Horrible Treatment I was in touch with Jimmy and Clint about a 2018 Honda CRV and they talked us into coming to their store and to have a look and test drive the vehicle I was in touch with Jimmy and Clint about a 2018 Honda CRV and they talked us into coming to their store and to have a look and test drive the vehicle. When we reached we were recived by Clint and he told that the vehicle is in Georgia and if I pay $200 (non refundable) then they can bring it to Morristown. Am I not supppsed to take a look at the vehicle before buying it ? I drove to Morristown all the way from Knoxville just to buy the car and spent almost half a day to hear that they don't have the vehicle that we have talked about for a week. Overall, a horrible experince and a careless attitude from the dealership. May be they are big in the small town and have a monopoly but they don't treat you well for sure. More

Deception and liars purchased a crv 2017 in 2-28-17 wanted to purchase side protection panels to protect against shopping cart dings.. Dealer rep Robert Drake talked us purchased a crv 2017 in 2-28-17 wanted to purchase side protection panels to protect against shopping cart dings.. Dealer rep Robert Drake talked us into NSD protection stating it would cover anything, even hail damage. We tried to file a claim 1yr and 5 months later for a ding in the hood by a road rock and found we had no coverage. NSD stated they never received any payment from the dealer ( $299) Eventually they said is was fixed, so we proceeded with our claim only to find out !, Any damage to hood was not covered. 2. They only would pay a max of $100 per claim. ( Ever seen a $100 hail on a car.) 3. They would not pay for any paint . I would not recommend this dealer to a dog catcher. More
