Unprofessional Very unprofessional. Our salesman seemed to have no idea what they were talking about. We drove an hour to view a car that we saw on the internet. Very unprofessional. The salesman said it was available, and by the time we got there, she had said it had sold. She showed us a few cars that were above our price range, and then came back to say that the car we wanted to see was actually still there but being serviced. We put a deposit on the vehicle to hold until we could see the next day. The following day, we had to call three times before they returned our phone call 30 minutes before they closed, only to tell us that someone else had already put a deposit on it and we would have to wait a week to hear if they decided if they wanted it or not. The entire process was very frustrating. The fact that no one could tell us if the car we wanted to look at was actually there or not, the fact that they would not return our phone calls, to not realizing that someone else had already put a deposit on it, was entirely unprofessional. More

Is Morristown Honda in the car selling business? Apparently Morristown Honda is no longer in the car selling business since there wasn't one salesman that seemed to want to help me this afternoon!! After doing a little research on a couple of Honda models, I decided to drive an hour to the Morristown Honda (Saturday July 30th) to test drive and hopefully work out some numbers. I arrived around 4:30 and waited for a salesman till roughly 5:15 till finally I left. The salesmen seen me there; however, not one of them would speak to me. I refuse to beg a dealership to sell me a car!! To bad, they most likely lost a sale. More

We came to Honda the same day and were greeted by Joshua Karup. We didn't feel pressured at all the entire time. They let us sit back and relax as we talked to our own personal bank to get a loan. There was no hassle and everyone was friendly. We were even able to test drive the vehicle anywhere we needed to see if it was fit for our needs. I will never go to another dealership. Honda is now our number one choice and I've already recommended them to other people. I'm so glad we stopped by! More
