Run don’t walk away from this dealership. My grandson purchased a car about 3 weeks ago and a week later it broke down on the highway. Towed it to a Honda Dealership in Knoxville. They said there was too many things wrong with it to fix it. Morristown Honda put him in another Honda and he took it back the next day. Paying 47,000 for a 22 Civic. They added on 12,000 from the broken down civic to the loan. They have his broke down civic and won’t fix it. The general manager is dodging his phone calls. Time to get a lawyer. More

Took it in to service dept they didn’t want to check it out it was too close to closing time for him. The salesman wanted to avoid me and left me sitting around waiting while they told me Darius was looking into how to help me out when after almost 2hrs I went looking for him and he didn’t know what was going on they didn’t communicate anything they just chose to put the blame on to somebody else. Then they tell me that I would have to call Hyundai to get it fixed. So I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle here because the used sales department are very shady with what they tell you and what they do. They are super friendly and fake of course during the sale then after that it’s nobody gives a xxxx! More
Bought a Nissan Roque 2022, took home husband pointed 3 badly worn tires, Very unhappy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase of my new 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L. I called for an out the door price and quickly received a deal sheet from the dealership via email. They followed up a few days later to see if I had any questions. I asked if they could match another dealership. They said they would get the ball rolling and quickly gave me a call back informing me they would beat the other dealership. I worked with Nate (sales) and Darius (sales manager). Nate went above and beyond to earn my business and made the whole process so easy. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with my decisions. Nate even called me a week after my purchase just to check in and see how I was enjoying my new ride. I visited all four Greater Knoxville Honda dealerships before I found what I wanted, got the price I wanted, and felt most comfortable with all those involved in the process. Honda Morristown blew them all out of the water. No dealer required markups, treated me like a person and not just a sale, and a lifetime powertrain warranty won the day and I plan to be a life long customer. More

Do not purchase from Honda of Morristown I purchased a 2022 and the paint is chipping and they will not call back or take care of this problem. They said it was the ceramic coating that they installed at 2022 and the paint is chipping and they will not call back or take care of this problem. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I definitely recommend honda Morristown. I definitely wouldn’t have chose them if it wasn’t for Tyler, he was very kind and helpful. I’m soooo happy with my decision to purchase a new car! I came in for a 2008 Pilot but I ended up leaving with a 2011 with even better features including a backup camera and heated seats for only a little more a month. If you’re in the market for a new car you should definitely consider coming to Honda Morristown, I guarantee you won’t regret your decision!! More
I bought a brand new car here in March. So, I agreed. One of the add-ons was Permaplate (a protective coating applied to the interior and exterior). It was supposed to be applied during the detailing process, but it wasn't. The sales person told me "the machine is broken" (which I now know was an inaccurate statement) and offered to take it down to the partner Chevrolet and have it done. I elected to come back another day instead. I tried to get it done during my first oil change. When I mentioned it during the scheduling I was told someone would call me. No one ever did and when I showed up I was told they couldn't do it because it would take 4 to 5 hours so I should schedule a separate appointment I tried to schedule a separate appointment and asked for a loaner since I live outside the shuttle radius. I was told someone would call me. No one ever called so I called the day before my appointment and the scheduling department was as confused as I was. I was told I couldn't get a loaner and I can't afford to wait at the dealership for 5 hours so I canceled. I reached out to the sales manager John Bernard to express my frustration. He interestingly tells me he can have it done in an hour. Doesn't that sound sketchy considering the service department said 4 to 5 hours? I asked to have a copy of my contracts emailed so I could look over them before deciding and he stopped texting me. I was fed up with the entire process and experience so I wanted to cancel the contract. I called over a DOZEN times to try and talk to Spencer about canceling and he never once answered or called me back. I finally caught him when I was in for an oil change and asked to cancel. You would think that since it was never applied I could get my money back. The sales manger John Bernard refused. When I called Permaplate they said it's entirely up to the dealership. So, they most certainly could do the right thing and refund the money and I'd be here writing a review about their great customer service, but instead I hope they never get another dime from anyone. As the saying goes, "A happy customer tells a friend; an unhappy customer tells the world” More
