Further, Adam maintained himself in a highly attentive, courteous, and professional manner. All questions, regardless of how inane, were addressed/answered in a clear and concise manner. Top Quality Customer Service I live in Nashville, but am often in Kingsport for business. I have been overdue for timing belt replacement, so it was time. My last Honda Service ex I live in Nashville, but am often in Kingsport for business. I have been overdue for timing belt replacement, so it was time. My last Honda Service experience was terrible, so I decided I would inquire at a different dealership. Amber was very kind and their prices were very reasonable, so I decided to go with Honda of Kingsport. I dropped my Pilot off Wednesday night, and Thursday afternoon I picked it up and was good to go. As I got to Knoxville... calamity! The Christmas tree lit, I pulled over and the car stalled. I called Amber and spoke to her and Donna, the service manager. Even though it wasn't fun to break down, Amber and Donna sprung into action and get me taken care of. A tow truck dropped the car at another Dealer, they got me a rental car and put me in a hotel for the night. Donna even checked in well after the dealership was closed to make sure I was good. The next morning, I had a fixed car and I was on my way home. "Stuff Happens"... but it's how people and companies respond that matters. Amber & Donna went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back ASAP. I will gladly recommend Honda of Kingsport and will be back for sure. More

General Manager saves the day! If it had not been for the General manager, Russ and Clint my salesman I would not be writing a very good review. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, If it had not been for the General manager, Russ and Clint my salesman I would not be writing a very good review. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, the car did not have a SD card to operate the limited features(did during test drive), my steering wheel was offset (tires out of balance), and front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. My air conditioning only worked on passenger side. When requested these things be checked and fixed to sales manager Boyd he tried to bribe me to write a good review and if so then he would reimburse me for the SD card. I did not feel that was not acceptable so I contacted the general manager who was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service! He assured me everything would be fixed. The service dept had my car for over a week and provided me a new loner car during this time. I feel that the upper management end of this company is great but would recommend educating the sales managers about customer, quality, and honest service. I want to especially thank Russ Rogers for going the extra mile to ensure my car was safe and functioning properly for my family!! I want to thank Clint my salesman for being there to listen to all my complaints throughout the process and helping me get these issues resolved! More
