Edna takes me back and forth and is always very kind and prompt. She goes out of her way to provide high quality service with a smile! She is a great ambassador for the dealership and on many occasions has told me about special events, sales, etc. I really appreciate this service! More

Lies upon lies. Everything these people offered with the car they renigged on when the vehicle broke down after 3 weeks. They made horrible accusations against my son and I and refused to stand behind their vehicle. Said they would lrice match k. The repairs and then refused it. They tell you what u want to hear and then stab you in the back. I went in with a preapproval and told them not to run my credit but with one other finance establishment. They ran it with others anyway. They are more of a lemon than the car was. More

I was guaranteed that they would be able to work with me. After going in and spending several hours of my time there I left with the words of "we found one that is going to be able to finance" only to be told the next day that it is not going to work after being avoided for several hours. The vehicle was only in the $7500-$10000 dollar range and my credit score is not that terrible. You should be up front and honest with customers and not waste their time if you cannot help them. More

Lost customer due to multiple poor service experiences Due to multiple poor service experiences, I will no longer be visiting this dealership for service or sales. I live in Kingsport, but if I decide to purchase a new Honda in the future, we will be travelling to Johnson City or Bristol. In 2016, our Honda CR-V was involved in the Takata airbag recall. We left the vehicle at the dealership for this service to be performed on the driver's side airbag. The completed work order indicated that the work had been performed on the passenger side airbag. I questioned this and the service team seemed confused as to why I would even care. In the end, the service manager placed a hand-written note on the work order that the driver's side airbag had been replaced. During an April 2017 visit for an oil change and tire rotation, the service department told us that a lug nut on the left rear wheel had been cross-threaded and would cost close to $100 to repair. Honda Kingsport had previously rotated the tires. In all fairness, the dealership agreed to make this repair for no charge. I received a work order stating that the repair had been completed in April 2017 by Michael Kirby. In December of 2017, I rotated the tires on the CR-V myself. To my surprise, a lug nut on the left rear wheel was cross-threaded and I could not remove the wheel with a tire iron. No one had touched the tires on the CR-V since the April 2017 visit. Either the dealership lied on their work order and made no effort to repair the lug nut in April, or the tech cross-threaded another lug nut on the same wheel during the repair in April. I've contacted Morgan's Tire in Kingsport and they have agreed to have the repair completed by noon today (at a much lower cost than Honda Kingsport). This dealership has some good customer service folks who try to be helpful. Amber Hickman has been very accomodating and has always helped in any way she can. But you need to get your service techs under control. If you screw up a lug-nut two times on the same wheel (or lie about repairing it in the first place), I do not trust you enough to work on my vehicles. Who knows what else the techs are screwing up that I don't know about. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. More
