Very smooth, pleasant and stress free purchase experience. I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite on 12/16/2015. My contact person with Honda Kingsport was Mr. Wally Witt. I purchased several vehicles from different dealers before. But my experience with Honda Kingsport specially with Mr. Wally Witt was extremely smooth and pleasant. From Booking the special ordered Pilot Elite on 10/12/2015 to taking delivery of the vehicle on 12/16/2015, the whole experience was first class. The purchase deal was awesome also. I cannot ask for anything better. I am sure other sales consultant at Honda Kingsport are great and professional but I would highly recommend to consult with Mr. Wally Witt first if anyone wants a first class car buying experience at Honda Kingsport. Also the interior of the showroom was very relaxing. Very nice waiting area for service needs. Everybody is friendly there. Thank you so very much. More

I did an Internet search and emailed Wally Witt who immediately responded with a price quote. I called and he answered all my questions. Rick Hebb was helpful with questions when I took my test drive. Kimberly Flickinger and Dan Witt helped me with assessorizing my new vehicle.
