Amazing Experience!!! This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. The staff were extremely helpful and the dealership had a wide variety of cars to look at. I had spent around 14 hours of car shopping that day and Josh was the very first one to sit down with me and ask me exactly what I wanted. David and Josh both let me test drive several cars until I found the one that I loved. Josh made sure to take me some place with a lot of curves since I live in WNC and all I drive is curves. The other car salesman that I've dealt with at other dealerships wouldn't even let me drive anything but interstate which was useless for me. Even tho this dealership was a good hour half to two hours away from me, I would drive that far again just to do businesses with them. This dealership actually cares and wants their customers to be happy with their cars. I highly recommend Josh and Honda of Kingsport to everyone! More

Merry Christmas to me! I had been looking at cars for the past 2 or 3 months, and couldn't find anything that I was completely happy with. After getting home on Christmas da I had been looking at cars for the past 2 or 3 months, and couldn't find anything that I was completely happy with. After getting home on Christmas day, I decided to look online at Honda since my mom and aunt both had positive experiences with Honda cars. I found one that was the perfect color and had the options that I was looking for- sunroof, fog lights, dark cloth interior, and 4 doors, yet sporty looking. Josh was the salesman who came to help us. He is knowledgeable on everything there is to know about Honda cars. I was very impressed by him. We took a test drive. I was hooked on the feel of the car. Although I was getting sick feeling about trading cars, he made the experience a good one. I highly recommend Josh Gardner as a salesman to anyone looking for a car! More
