You can tell that Adam really wants to make sure that his customers feel appreciated. Adam actually transferred everything from our old car to our new car, even my kids car seats and had the shop vacuum them out. Then right before we took the picture he took out a rag and bottle of water to wipe off any dirt that had gotten on the car from the rainy day we had. You can tell he cares and wants his customers to have a great experience. They gave me a great deal and I never felt pressured into anything. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly while I worked with them, from JJ Jordan in finance to Kimberly in a accessories. Great job Honda Kingsport! New car and salesman I got a good deal on my car; however, I wish I could have driven the car without the salesman with us (as we have always before). He did not rush me into making a decision and got me a very good deal on the car I decided on. He also followed up after the sale to see if I had any questions. I had a slight disagreement with what I was charged for one item by the financial group that I wasn't made fully aware of and wasn't part of my price negotiations. I noticed the charge on my paperwork the next day. This misunderstanding was resolved amicably. My overall rating would be 4.5 because of my dealings with the financial group but Wally deserves the rating of 5 that I gave. More
