I have been a "loyal" customer for many years. I have worked with Chris Rice, Connie Underwood and Colby Simpson. These three employees are always at the top of their profession. They all take the time to listen to any issue at hand and always find a way to go over and beyond finding a solution. You are truly fortunate to have them on your team. I recently experienced a very unfortunate incident while having my car serviced. My windshield was broken by accident during a routine service two days prior of leaving for a two week vacation. The windshield was not at all an issue with me. Accidents happen and I totally understood. No problem, Honda had another full day to have the windshield repaired and I had no worries. The problem I had was the amount of time I was left sitting in the waiting area because no one wanted to come tell me my windshield was broken during a routine oil change. I explained to the employee I was working with that particular day that I work on commission and I wish he would have taken the time to update me. I had to reschedule appointments from that day to the next because of the length of time I was left sitting. I further asked if I could have a rental car the next day as they would need my car and I had booked my day solid with my appointments that I had to reschedule. I was assured that would be “no problem”. I told this employee that I would be there at 10:00 a.m. to drop my van and pick up the rental. “Not a problem.” The next morning I called your employee and told him I was on my way to “please” have the rental waiting as I had appointments I had to be at. Once again, “no problem”. Upon arriving shortly after 10:00 a.m. there was no rental. Now there is a “problem”. I rescheduled a half of day of appointments from the prior day along with my appointments already scheduled for this day. Now I had to call folks from your waiting area once again to tell them I would be late or have to reschedule. The employee I was working with at that time did not take the time to hear a word I was telling him. He cost me a full day of work (I work on commission) and a lot of family grief as we ended up leaving over three hours late for vacation and inconvenienced other family members we were to meet up with later that evening. To make matters even worse, the rental car I was provided smelled so badly that I had to ride with the window down and a/c blasting. I didn’t have time to request a different car as I was “late” once again. Needless to say I was very upset now. My windshield had been broken, I was left sitting in the waiting area with no explanation, I lost a day of work, I was given a smelly car, because there was no rental waiting on me when I arrived, my entire day ran behind schedule and my family was furious to say the least with me because I did not have my van back yet… As you can understand, enough was enough! I contacted Chris Rice and Connie Underwood, which I should have done from the very beginning and I am sure things would have been handled much differently... Chris and Connie both stepped up to the plate. They both "listen" to what I was saying and got me on the road...even though it was 3 hours late. They are both gracious and professional. I have referred family and friends to them and will continue to do so. I have learned my lesson. I will deal with Chris, Connie or Colby in the future. I truly appreciate all they do. These three are the best in their profession and you are very lucky to have them represent you. More
I am a long time customer of Honda Cars of Rock Hill - when I was buying my recent vehicle I considered a different make but the way I am treated and particularly the service department kept me at Honda C when I was buying my recent vehicle I considered a different make but the way I am treated and particularly the service department kept me at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I did my research on line for serivce departments in other dealerships: Toyota and Nissan in particular had F's with the BBB. I will probably stay with this dealership as long as I am alive. More
I have bought at least five vehicles from this dealership over the years. I have always found the sales and service departments to be extremely pleasant to work with. I have always had a good experience at this dealership when dealing with Russ Crompton in internet sales, but I drive 45min to this dealer so I always try to have my car serviced when I have other buisnes when dealing with Russ Crompton in internet sales, but I drive 45min to this dealer so I always try to have my car serviced when I have other buisness to attend in Rock Hill and that requires me to get a loner car but I have to go through Russ to get it and he has been able to get me one every time. This is the third new vehicle we have purchased at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. Everybody is always so helpful and willing to answer every question we have regarding the vehicle and financing. They seem to wo Cars of Rock Hill. Everybody is always so helpful and willing to answer every question we have regarding the vehicle and financing. They seem to work harder to make us comfortable with the sales process than they do to sell another vehicle. As long as they continue to perform in this manner I see no reason to do business with any other dealership. More
It is nice to be able to make an appointment on line. I had a recall on the airbag of my 2002 Honda. Was there about an hour. Employees were friendly, and I enjoyed having "refreshments" available.
