In the ten years I have been dealing with this dealership, this is the first time I was ever disappointed. I called to setup an appointment for a repair and when I arrived the part had not been o dealership, this is the first time I was ever disappointed. I called to setup an appointment for a repair and when I arrived the part had not been ordered. On the second visit, a scheduled repair, the part had not been received yet. Finally, Connie called me when the part was in hand and we set up another appointment. The repair was made in a very timely manner and all involved were extremely gracious. I was compensated for my inconvenience and left, once again, a satisfied customer. More

I have delt with this dealership since I have owned my Honda (since 2002). The service representatives, the ladies that handle payments, just everyone there has always been very professional but also very Honda (since 2002). This dealership has been great.. But I wonder why the tech didn't catch this when he did previous front end repairs.. I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE BEACH ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON WHEN A SERVICE LIGHT CAME ON AND I CALLED ROCK HILL HONDA AND SPOKE WITH CHRIS RICE. HE TOLD ME TO COME ON IN BUT THEY WERE BACKED UP. IT WAS 4:00 PM ON A F SERVICE LIGHT CAME ON AND I CALLED ROCK HILL HONDA AND SPOKE WITH CHRIS RICE. HE TOLD ME TO COME ON IN BUT THEY WERE BACKED UP. IT WAS 4:00 PM ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. MY CAR WAS REPAIRED AND I WAS OUT OF THERE IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. I WAS AMAZED THAT MY REPAIR WAS MADE SO QUICKLY. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD ALSO. I'VE HAD THREE HONDAS AND HAVE BEEN GOING TO ROCK HILL HONDA FOR ABOUT 11 YEARS. THEY HAVE THE MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE DEPARTMENT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. THE EMPLOYES ARE FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SMILING. I went out to garage this morning and our 08 Pilot would not start, It appeared the battery had died. This was a Saturday morning at about 11:30. I called Honda Cars of RH and spoke to Chris. He reminded me not start, It appeared the battery had died. This was a Saturday morning at about 11:30. I called Honda Cars of RH and spoke to Chris. He reminded me I had the Hendrick protection plan, (I forgot I had it)and to call the 800 # and they would get me a jump start. I called and less than 30 minutes later the service man arrived and got the Honda started. I took it to the dealership and Colby had a new battery installed and I was on my way in less the 45 minutes. I feel this dealer is the best for both sales and service that I have ever delt with. I especially appreciate that they never try sell me stuff I do not need. Their prices are very fair and their work is top notch. More
After having my car in the shop for three days a month ago to have the computer, a harness and something else replaced, when my seat belt did not work I had had it. I drove into the Honda Cars service are ago to have the computer, a harness and something else replaced, when my seat belt did not work I had had it. I drove into the Honda Cars service area around 5:15 on Wednesday 7/20 because as you are aware it is against the law to drive without wearing a seat belt in SC. I was immediately greeted by David Chaussard and explained that my seat belt was locked and would not engage. My car was taken back to the service bay and it was found the locking mechanism (I think) wasn't working. Mr Chaussard came to the waiting room and explained the part would need to be ordered and I was given the opporitunity to get a rental car. Well, due to the extensive repairs to my car earlier, as mentioned before, I was very upset. I did tell Mr Chaussard I realized it wasn't his fault but there were cars on the lot and to take a mechanism from one of them. He went to see if this was a possiblity and came to tell me they were checking for a match. One was found and installed. When I was leaving I noticed the air bag error light was on. Mr Chaussard found one of the gentlemen who had worked on my car, who was already on his way home, and called him back to check into this. It appeared the air bag was not plugged back in (agian I think this was the situation) when the seat belt panel was reinstalled. This was fixed right then. I even received a follow up call from Mr Chaussard on Thursday. Mr Chaussard and this gentleman (please get his name from Mr C) were very patient with an irrate customer (me) and deserve recognition for going beyond the call of duty. More
