Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with Jim, Al, and Russ. They are all class acts. By far the best and easiest car buying experience I have had. I traded in a car and walked away with a new car, exactly what I wanted, within a couple of hours this past Sunday (it took a couple of hours b had. Jim Scott and Pete Pistone know how to be efficient and match you with the right car and payment. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. I also opted for the Honda Maintenance plan, which I've had a great experience with in the past, to look after the maintenance on my new car, which is a smart idea for anyone to add on. All in all, car buying can be easy without the haggling, and you can be very happy with your purchase...if you go to a top-notch dealer like Honda of Rock Hill. By the way, I drove down from the Lake Norman area to SC because I heard the radio commercial, filled out the credit application on-line (easy and fast), and got a quick response and welcome to come down and see the cars. I gave this dealership some lower ratings becuase I feel that they missed the bar when servicing our Odyssey recently. We had to bring our van in about six times to fix one issue. The issue was with the d that they missed the bar when servicing our Odyssey recently. We had to bring our van in about six times to fix one issue. The issue was with the driver side sliding door. The first time it was checked, a part had to be ordered. We brought it back for the second visit to have the part installed. This worked for about a day. Then, we had to take it back to have it checked again b/c it was still not working (3rd visit). They ordered another part. We brought it back for the fouth time to have the part installed. After getting home, we realized that the window would not go down on the sliding door so we had to take it back again (5th visit). After a day or so, we noticed that we could not open or close the sliding door using the key fob or the switch on the driver's console. We took back again for our sixth visit. At this point, the issue was escalated to Danny Ferguson. We were provided with a rental car. More parts were ordered. This took 2 days to resolve. Finally, the issue was resolved. More
Location is convenient on my way to work.. Work is always done in a timely fashion. Previously they had not completed the courtesy check correctly. I was very pleased with the service we got, Jim Scott always took the time to answer my questions and make recommendations based on what I was looking for.
