While I did not purchase a Honda, and the only factor in my decision was the Salesman and not the car Honda would have been my choice. We heard a whining in the car, made an appointment went in and was seen right away, one of the service people took it for a ride, wasn't sure he was hearing the same thing we were, so we were asked to go o in and was seen right away, one of the service people took it for a ride, wasn't sure he was hearing the same thing we were, so we were asked to go out with a service person and listen also. The result was that the noise we were hearing, which was faint, is being made by maybe bearings, the car is a 2006 and has almost 100,000 miles on it. Your service dept. felt it was nothing to worry about, and if it got worse to just stop by and have someone come out and ride with us to hear it, that we wouldn't need an appt. I thought that was very nice of them. Because nothing was found, we were not charged for the appt. We had this kind of experience in NY also at our Honda Dealer, love Honda and the dealership is so different from other dealerships. Wouldn't have any other car but a Honda, because of the service and the quality of the car. thanks Honda. More

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a truck in February of 2011 with a CLEAN CarFax from Honda of Rock Hill. We thought about trading it in June. They pulled the report and found that a wreck from 2009 was reporte with a CLEAN CarFax from Honda of Rock Hill. We thought about trading it in June. They pulled the report and found that a wreck from 2009 was reported in MAY. Seriously - two years later. We have the clean report we were given by Honda of Rock Hill in February, and the one with the wreck from May. We are now stuck with a car we paid too much for, and no one will help. Everyone tells us, it happens and there is nothing they can do. We did our research, and we were let down. Granted Honda of RH did not know about this wreck, however there is a rear oil leak that MAY have be caused by rear end damage. The cost of repair is $1200 -$1500. You would think since we are ($3000) upside down in a wrecked car purchased from them they would be willing to help. NOPE!!! We were told it was not their problem and would have to pay for the repair. I would not recommend this dealer to a friend and will drive to Charlotte for Honda needs in the future!! They will bend over backwards to get youto buy, but not help when problems arrise. More
I own a 2009 Honda Pilot. I purchased it new in 2009, and this has been my first experience with Honda. I have been treated like I drive a Cadillac each and every time I have visited the dealership.
