Get fed the overly fake "niceness" looking at the cars.... then they turn into something else when you sit in their office. You typically get annoyed by the 3rd bad offer they come to you as they waste your entire day. We got none of that at this dealership. Jay Edwards waited for me to come to him. He did not coax me into the highest priced car. He listened to what I wanted, and left it there. I went in on a Wednesday, and told him I wanted my wife there before making a decision, and again, no pressure. I locked in my surprisingly great price with Mr. Pistone, the sales manager via email on a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L. We could only come on a Sunday, which was Jay's day off, and he still came in to get the deal done. After the financing was done, Jay helped us take the car seats out of our trade-in, and made sure we felt comfortable with all the new features before we left. Our whole process was roughly 2.5 hours as opposed to an entire day in previous occasions. Very happy and satisfied customers, and will buy from them again in the future. More

They sent someone to Raleigh and brought it back for us. In addition, Steve is awesome! He spent a lot of time making sure that we understood how to operate everything in the new vehicle...including the navigation system. One other note: Shelby Mayfield, in finance made some very good suggestions about the extended maintenance offerings that helped us make informed decisions. More
