My perception about Honda's Sales Customer Service was always below average until around the time I stepped into Honda Car of McKinney and met Brad Shokler from the Sales team..Right from the beginning th always below average until around the time I stepped into Honda Car of McKinney and met Brad Shokler from the Sales team..Right from the beginning there was not those unnecessary push and sales speeches (which I am not a big fan of). There were pleasant discussion and the deal progressed through naturally, I liked the way in which Brad and Hugo were with me throughout the process. Casey was very helpful in getting the transaction done remotely. When we decided to come in it made things easier. He was very communicative and friendly, and worked hard to get us a great deal. Went to this dealership with my parents to get them a car after they had gotten into an accident. MJ helped us and he was really great! He was patient with my Mom as she was test driving (she was pretty nerv after they had gotten into an accident. MJ helped us and he was really great! He even personally delivered the car to our house later that day and then later made sure our license plate was mailed to us. All in all we are very satisfied with his efforts! More
