I visited honda a week back and continious followup I asked for a price and they rejected my offer. But later after 4 days sales executive (ERIC.S) reached out to me and I told I have a offer from Honda asked for a price and they rejected my offer. But later after 4 days sales executive (ERIC.S) reached out to me and I told I have a offer from Honda frisco dealer. Then he said they can match to the offer . I went along with my daughter with buying new car and all my mood and vibe . After processing my financial details I was provided revised price adding 850/- and when i asked about it . His manager (dont remember name) came and said He is here to help me out and when i said I was not happy with the way you guys are dealing. He say if you don't like , no need to buy car and I left with no other thing to do otherthan left the place. He is not even tried to convinence me. Never expected this sort of treatment from HONDA considering his brand. I totally lost the trust on Honda, if this is how Honda dealer's attitude, it obviously impact te Brand HONDA. Just providing the feedback as it is always spl buying new car. I don't mind paying extra money but the attitude shown by the honda sales manager is wrost of the experience i ever had in my life. So be cautious while dealing with Mckinney honda sales team. And when i tried to reach out to the store head and I was told he is not available . i lost total trust on the brand as what if they if something broken and say it won't cover in the warranty? Sales execuitve Eric.S is good and reasonable. I think he also upset with his boss attitude. GOD SAVE HONDA with this sales manager attitude. More

I started coming to Honda Cars of McKinney in 2003, with my new at the time 2002 Honda Accord and my older 95 Accord. I’d visit my now wife, and would get my Accords serviced when needed. I got to know Mark my new at the time 2002 Honda Accord and my older 95 Accord. I’d visit my now wife, and would get my Accords serviced when needed. I got to know Mark D and he was exclusively my advisor until he left the dealership for other opportunities. In almost 20 years, he helped me on several of my Hondas and giving me good advice and not upselling me on unnecessary things. After he left, I floated around with different advisors. All of them were good, but then I sold my last Honda. I did not have a Honda for the last year or so. A few weeks ago, I pulled in with a high mileage newer civic I bought, as a backup car. It had some lights on the dash and needed a recall. Jordan Glennon helped me out. He did not treat me bad or make me think my 180k mile car was junk. He was extremely professional and friendly and courteous and got me handled. He called me this week to let me know the parts for my recall were in, scheduled the repair and got me in and out the same day. The same service and friendliness that I was accustomed to under Mark all that time. Not sure how long I’ll keep this particular car, but my next vehicle will most likely be a new Honda and I sure hope Jordan is still here to be my advisor. More
