My wife and I came in to lease a vehicle on a friday. Initially, the sales process was smooth and we were able to lease a prologue that same day. I was happy. I then went ahead and got a quote from multiple vendors to try and set up the EV home charger. Their quotes exceeded our budget by thousands and the package you get only gives $500 to use towards that. I tried contacting Eric and other people at the dealership. They took days to respond and when I asked if we could switch the mode in which to charge the leased vehicle. They said it couldn’t be done. How will we charge our vehicle that they leased to us. I guess we have to spend an extra $400 to get a portable charger while the EV charger just sits in the garage. They’re so helpful before the purchase but screw you over once they’ve made the sale. I’m not pleased with Honda of Mckinney. They seem genuine but are not. More
