MJ (sales), Scott (Sales Manager), Keil (service), Jason (service GM) went above and beyond for my wife and I. Purchased a brand new pilot ex-l from my man MJ in Jan. Process was painless. Fast forward almo (service GM) went above and beyond for my wife and I. Purchased a brand new pilot ex-l from my man MJ in Jan. Process was painless. Fast forward almost 4 months later we ran into issues with the steering column making an odd noise. Keil in service and Jason the service GM listened and empathize with us. You buy a brand new car you shouldn’t be having these one off issues. I can Understand things happen, but when you work hard like my wife and I It just didn’t feel right. After being in service a couple of days we thought the issue was repaired. Unfortunately, upon my wife’s arrival the same clicking noise was still there. Frustrated to the gills I got back in touch with Keil and Jason and they made sure It would be right. We don’t live close whatsoever, and they knew that. They still held a car for us upon our arrival today. Mind you It had been 2 weeks since we’d been back at the dealership. We were in and out this morning, but something told me to go speak with Mj. Well that lead us into a discussion with Scott the Sales Manager. We expressed our concerns, confusion, and feelings of completely S.O.L! We originally were looking at a higher trim level, but we just couldn’t agree to a price. Well today MJ, Scott, and Jimmy Rogers in finance made sure to make It happen. We traded our 2024 Honda Pilot EX-L after putting 7k miles on It (told you we live FAR) and left with a 2025 Honda Pilot Touring… with no steering wheel column noise!
