My recent experience at Honda of McKinney was an excellent . I reached out on line and a salesperson immediately responded and was very eager to answer all of my questions. It was the labor day hol excellent . I reached out on line and a salesperson immediately responded and was very eager to answer all of my questions. It was the labor day holiday and another dealership less than a few miles from my home replied that they were extremely busy and unavailable to assist me. The Mc Kinney dealership called me early the next morning to schedule an appointment to come in & have my current car appraised. When I arrived the next day for my appointment unfortunately the salesperson wasn’t available. Immediately I was warmly greeted by Samantha. She handled the situation perfectly and she listened attentively to my needs and we went for a test drive of 2 cars. The entire conversation was very direct and she never acted pushy or aggressive. She was very efficient and effective in her negotiating a deal that was within my budget. I have leased several cars from Honda and my experience with Samantha was the best of all ! She is an outstanding individual and an excellent asset to your sales team. She may not have been in her position long but her superior customer service skills are AMAZING. At her young I am very impressed by her dedicated work ethic, knowledge and maturity. She is going to have a great future ahead. More
