Good inventory, although I don't believe the sales manager was completely honest on the availability of the Pilot I purchased, i was not overbearing. Fair but not great price on my trade in. Closing guy was not pushy at all. Presented information and costs, and did not force any decisions. Make ready was fast, and was available to take home by the time the paperwork was complete. The only minor thing was the gas tank was not full on delivery, although the window sticker implies it should have been filled. More

We had excellent service. They were very considerate about out time since we had to drive 3 hours back home. Brian did a great job greeting us immediately, and helped us find what we were looking for. He did not try to push us into anything and really listened to what we needed and wanted. He also followed up with us the next business day to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I felt like the price was good for what we were getting, but of course, as a consumer, you would always like an even lower price!
