Kamal Syed is Who You Want to See! I had no idea a car buying experience could go so well. I was dreading the experience since I didn't have a good one at another dealership. I was immediately put at ease by Kamal's calm demeanor. I spoke with Kamal on the phone earlier that day, and when I arrived, he had an idea of cars in mind. I was very impressed, and this saved so much time. He was very knowledgeable about all the models and didn't try and talk me into something that didn't fit my criteria. This experience has changed my whole outlook on buying a car. I would highly recommend Kamal as a person with integrity and knowledge. THANK YOU KAMAL! More

LOST MY BUSINESS to Mcdavid Honda in Frisco!!!! My husband and I went to this dealership because they were close to our house. We had our mind set on purchasing a new 2014 Civic. When we get there w My husband and I went to this dealership because they were close to our house. We had our mind set on purchasing a new 2014 Civic. When we get there we had an eager salesman. When it came time to find a lender and finance the vehicle (since we had less than perfect credit) they told us they could not find anyone to finance us.. sorry and let us leave. They never really tried!!!! Soooo we went to the Mcdavid Honda in Frisco the same day and drove away with a new 2014 Honda Civic. We left McDavid Honda in Frisco with a great company able to finance us with a pretty good interest rate. After telling Mcdavid Honda in Frisco our story about the Honda Cars of McKinney they said they probably get 5 people a day telling the exact same story. McDavid Honda in Frisco loves that the Mckinney location turns the majority of people away because they get all there business. We had a great experience at Mcdavid Honda in Frisco so PLEASE look there FIRST before going to the Honda Cars of Mckinney..ITS WORTH YOUR DRIVE AND TIME TO GO TO FRISCO!!!!!! More

Everything was perfect. Absolutely satisfied. When we drove up to dealership from out of town we were met at the door and immediately assigned a salesperson. great service!!!! called them over the phone and they had me a quote within minutes. Came in that night had the paperwork ready to go and my family and I where out quic called them over the phone and they had me a quote within minutes. Terrible!!! I was looking to buy a New Accord and called them up, before visiting the dealership, told that I have an offer from XYZ dealer, would you be able to I was looking to buy a New Accord and called them up, before visiting the dealership, told that I have an offer from XYZ dealer, would you be able to match or beat it. I clearly mentioned to the salesperson I spoke to, that I got the quote at XYZ dealership when I visited them and I do not have anything written. Still he mentioned that we will be able to work it out, please visit. I had to travel 15 miles to Mckinney to finally find out that they will not be able to neither match it or beat it...They said atleast we need to have it in writing .. Bull****.. Never ever visit them.. they don't care about the customers time...Try other dealers around. More

I came for maintenance service B(service light was on) and the tire pressure light was on. first of all kids area stincks, when the advisor came with the service review I was expecting the same they gave and the tire pressure light was on. first of all kids area stincks, when the advisor came with the service review I was expecting the same they gave my wife since she did the prior service with them but they said my car was fine, so either didnt check my car at all or they were lying to my wife. over all I was going to leave when i saw the service and the tire lights still on, when I call the advisor he asked me to turn around the building so they reset the light for me. What kind of cutomer service this dealer ship provide for his customer. and the tec said I need to drive 30 mile to reset the tire light. up to now I drove 100 mile and the light still on because no one adjust the tire pressure.... its all lies My name H. I went in to browse but I left with a Honda Civic. Everyone was very up-front with me on leasing a Honda product. I was impressed with the candor of the various people I dealt with like Jimmy Rogers Everyone was very up-front with me on leasing a Honda product. I was impressed with the candor of the various people I dealt with like Jimmy Rogers and John Mihail who made our experience (mine and my wife's) the best at any car dealership. John Mihail was very persistent and patient with us and explained everything to us since we had not been in the market since 2000! It was his going the extra mile that clinched it for us. We felt that the prices of the various models were quite reasonable given the very excellent options available to those who have chosen to lease like my wife and I. John Mihail introduced us to Ron Tranka who is now looking at our 2000 Honda Accord as to the cost / benefit of replacing that vehicle as well - we look forward to his maintenance and/or repair suggestions for our 2000 Honda Accord - this will determine if we go with a second vehicle - if so we will definitely go with John Mihail. This was a great team to work with and my wife and I look forward to future business with Honda Cars of McKinney. More
