The service department used to wash your car when you got an oil change which was great. However, the last two times I have been there they did not wash my car. I felt that Ian Lackey was not friendly at all. I was actually surprised being in customer service that he was not more personable. He never hardly even looked at me when I was speaking and asking quest actually surprised being in customer service that he was not more personable. I needed a state inspection this morning on my vehicle. Mark was friendly. He said that he would get my inspection done quickly and he did that.
