The reasons why I believe Honda Cars of Mckinney deserve the high rating I provided include a) Negotiating Experience: I wanted to deal through email only so I could do my research and negotiate leisurely. They had no issues with that. Rick gladly negotiated without forcing me to call or come in. b) Honesty: Rick and Bill gave me honest straightforward answers , quoted me exact prices for the options I wanted or force me into options or models I did not want. Ultimately we negotiated and agreed on a price. I walked in to the dealership and within an hour we had all the paperwork done and my car was ready. I have owned it for over a month and I had no issues. My tint had a bubble on the side window. They asked me to come in, gave me a free loaner and redid the tint. I just bought a used Odyssey from another dealer (Lute Riley) and we have had a really terrible experience with them. We found out the van needed a new rear engine mount, and that the van was sold to us Riley) and we have had a really terrible experience with them. Then the dealership proceeded to ignore every attempt to get them to work with us on the problem. Even though I didn't ask for anything from service advisor Steve Knowles but to get my van fixed properly, he went way above and beyond to find a way to get most of it paid for for me. I was barely out of pocket. Everyone was also very friendly and professional, and the waiting area was great (I have 2 little girls, and the playroom was awesome!) I am so impressed with the service I received! I have told all my friends, and Honda Cars of Mckinney has earned in us a customer for life! More
