If my salesperson wasn't at the dealership when I went to pick up my car, no one else had any information about what had been done, or, more accuratly, what had not been done. Moreover, no one made any type pick up my car, no one else had any information about what had been done, or, more accuratly, what had not been done. Moreover, no one made any type of effort to check, find paperwork, etc. It was a very frustrating experience overall, and I disagree with their concept of "service." Overall, the employees are arrogant, at least to lone women. More
