Honda Cars of McKinney

I recently went to Honda of Lewisville to get ONE of my daylight bulbs fixed. I pulled up into the service area and they weren't doing anything, but couldn't fix my light that day. (There weren't any other daylight bulbs fixed. I pulled up into the service area and they weren't doing anything, but couldn't fix my light that day. (There weren't any other cars in the garage!) A man said he was going to have to remove my battery to replace the right bulb and he thought that I also needed to change my other daylight bulb too. Apparently, he didn't know that to turn on the daylights, he would have to put the car in gear and actually move before they turned on, but he kept arguing that I would need to replace BOTH of my bulbs, telling me each would cost me 40 dollars. Why would anyone pay to have something that doesn't need to be fixed, fixed? I told them I would come back, but after leaving, I was very upset that he didn't know how to make the daylights turn on and argued with me that I needed to buy TWO bulbs when I obviously only needed one. I then decided to go way out of my way to honda of mckinney (45 minutes) to get another opinion. A nice man ( I forgot to ask for his name), helped me right away, took time to figure out HOW to get to the bulb that needed replacing and replaced it for me for 16 dollars! He also put in a screw that was missing from my bumper to make it stay. I am so pleased with the service I got here. I will be returning soon for all of my service needs! More

Mr Collins was awesome salesman. My sister and I had been looking for a Black Honda Accord 2007-2008 model. I didn't find one on the website but I went ahead and called the dealership. I left my info with Mr. Collins and told him which vehicle I wanted. He called me a few days later informing me of the vehicle my sister wanted. We rushed over there from Terrell Texas and when we got there, the vehicle was in the process of being sold. Needless to say, the other couples with the other dealer did not work out and my sister got her car!!! She was so thrilled! He's great and I would always buy from him again!!! More

Service Dept for an oil change. Was greeted immediately as I pulled into the service bay by service advisor. Needed an oil change on my honda crv that I purchased at this dealership.
