We have been dealing for the last few years with Mark Degeorge and find that he is definitely an asset to Honda Cars and I consider him a friend rather than just a service advisor. Antony (Tony) was friendly from the moment I arrived. He listened to why I was having my Honda Pilot serviced. He checked my service record and suggested several things that needed to be considered. I was only interested at this time in an oil change and tire rotation. He did not try to pressure me to get the other service, but told me to consider it for a future visit. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take to do the maintenance, and it came in under the estimated time. Tony, told me as a result of the quality control inspection, that my battery was low on charge. He offered a new Honda battery for for a competitive price, but I declined at this time. My overall experience was very pleasant and I have pleased with all maintenance I have received since I bought the Pilot from Honda Cars of McKinney in 2003. More
