This is not convenient for me and I was not made aware of this person's schedule. Admittedly this is a minor issue, but a bright yellow spot on the black dash of my brand new car is not desirable. So I'm left with having to find time during the business day to come to your dealership (my office is at LBJ and I35)--not convenient at all. More

Roosevelt was exceptional. We had a wonderful experience with him. He helped us with all our questions and We have had some trouble getting parts to fix issues with the van which is supposed to be inspe with him. We have had a hard time getting the service dept to get parts in in a reasonable timeframe, and set up appointments Feels like as soon as you buy, you're not a priority anymore.
