By far one of the more pleasant oil changes I've had. The service technician was informative and quite polite. Turn around time was fairly short (about 45 min). I usually take my honda to Quicklube due to the price point, however I had a coupon that sealed the deal. I don't quite agree with the ten dollar price difference between that budget oil places and the dealership. I feel that the components (fuel filter, etc.), being manufactured overseas like the others, are no more superior. Also the oil quality are about the same with no noticeable difference in performance. If I'm paying for "the experience" than I rather continue to go the budget route and save a few bucks. More
When I was shoping for a new Honda Odyssey Touring I went on the WEB and found Honda Cars of McKinney. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Tony Delsol, a Sales Representative. Tony was very friend on the WEB and found Honda Cars of McKinney. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Tony Delsol, a Sales Representative. Tony was very friendly and helpful. He and Rick Rawson and Rusty McDonald assisted greatly in helping me purchase the right vehicle. When the tires needed servicing, Customer Service put me intouch with Rick Dailey who inturn introduced me to Ivan Lackey. The Quality of Work and Overall Experience was great. My vehicle has only 501 miles. So far the overall satisfaction with the dealership has been great. More

My visit was for a regular Oil change and a MCU SW upgrade to address a recall issue on my 2007 Odyssey. After everything was done, I was told that the battery has been replaced free of charge (under upgrade to address a recall issue on my 2007 Odyssey. After everything was done, I was told that the battery has been replaced free of charge (under warranty) because one of its cells was already bad. My service advisor also told me upfront that due to the SW upgrade, I may or may not feel a judder during speeds between 20 to 45 MpH. If I did, he advised me to immediately bring it back in and the dealership will immediately take care of it by replacing the Torque Convertor. As soo as I got home, I realized that I have felt it a number of times during my trip from the dealership so I called about it and an appointment was immdeiately set for it. As soon as I brought it in, a loaner car was already reserved for me. I was told that the work normally takes only a day but just in case there were delays, it was best to immedialtely provide me a loaner vehicle. The work did not actually take all day and I was advised as soon as it got done. The whole day estimated work turned out to be just a little over half of the busuiness day which made me more pleased. Overall, my Oil change visit got me the Full Synthetic Oil Change I needed, a new battery, new torque converter with new ATF. All of these for a price of a discounted Oil change price (with coupon). The dealership gladly took care of everything under warranty without any hassle. This is a kind of service experiance that every returning customer proudly brags about with his choice of dealership that he goes to. Thanks again Honda Cars of McKinney and keep up the good work. Test drove the car again, as we had test drove similar models in Ok City and Ardmore Ok. Not altogether pleased with the back and forth finance game. Bought our 08 Accord at Gunn Honda in San Antonio and it was TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY haggle free. Has sticker price and then has the GUNN price. Take it or leave it. NO HAGGLING. We liked that. Your dealership was not near as obnoxious as the two young men in Ardmore OK. Overall I would say your dealership handles itself in an average fashion. The interest rate on financing for 72 months is not as attractive as the GM financing available but unfortunately they don't sell Hondas. Sooooooo ... we bit the bullet and took the high interest rate as "the price we have to pay" to drive a Honda car. More

I will no longer let Anne check me in for service. Each time has been with problems. I have never had a problem with any of the other service advisors. The first time she was going to charge me for a servi time has been with problems. I have never had a problem with any of the other service advisors. The first time she was going to charge me for a service covered under warranty. The second time I waited for my car only to find that the work had been completed but Anne was at lunch so no one checked me out. This time I was charged $49.95 for a service that was to be completed free of charge. More
As i pulled up to the overhead door, it was opened promptly and i was guided to the service desk. Eveyone moved around quickly and smiling. my overall experince was very good. The atmosphere here is that the employees enjoy their job and that this is a good place to work. The price was great as I hsd a coupon for an oil change for $9.95. More
