Everything was great except that I was told my service would only take "a couple of hours". I was there for 7 hours. I had to cancel all my other plans for the day because of this. During the times when I have experienced difficult to solve prolems the mechanics often take the time to come out and talk with me directly and even ride with me. The waiting area is first class and the free loaner cars have been invaluable to me many times. More
