I have dealt with Mark in the past and have always been very satisfied with his work. As usually, he was able to listen, address the problem and provide a solution quickly and honestly. It is always good to see Steven Knowles or Tony Espinoza at Service desk. They are always cheerful and helpful. Though I had some not so good experience while purchasing car at the same dealership, I still at Service desk. They are always cheerful and helpful. My car was towed to the dealership after hours, and Robert called me the following morning to let me know they were already working on it. When I went to get my car, I noticed that there was damage to Robert called me the following morning to let me know they were already working on it. When I went to get my car, I noticed that there was damage to my hood that was not there before my car was towed. Robert stated that it was like that when they got it the previous morning. He took the time to look at the damage with us and showed us how it could have been done. He was very helpful through the whole process. The alternator and oil gasket were replaced, which were both pretty expensive, but I understand that both are expensive parts where ever you go. The quality of work was good but as I got home I noticed smoke coming the hood....turned out to be a crack in the radiator. I would think that the mechanics would have caught that. Honda Cars of McKinney is still the only place I would take my car. More
I had an issue with my drivers side seat belt latch on my '01 Civic and Mark was so helpful in getting that issue fixed. I brought my 2004 Pilot in for a multipoint inspection prior to its extended warranty running out, to have any issues identified in the inspection addressed, and to have the annual state inspeaction done. prior to its extended warranty running out, to have any issues identified in the inspection addressed, and to have the annual state inspeaction done. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided. The only issue was some confusion in analyzing whether a non-functioning driver's seat heater was covered under warranty, what was wrong with it or the cost of repairing. Mason did eventually relay to me that the heater was not covered under warranty, but I never did receve an answer on what was wrong with it or the cost of repairing it. I am pleased that the multipoint inspection uncovered some issues I was not aware of and the associated repairs appear to have been done with high quality. Mason and the rest of the staff I encountereed were all very friendly. With the extended warranty in effect, my out of pocket cost was very reasonable. More
I've always been very impressed with the service at Honda of McKinney. I could have taken my car to Just Brakes, but I've heard the horror stories about the upselling so I went somewhere I trusted. I believe I've used him before for routine maintenance and he's always been great. The price of $200 for just front pads does seem a little high compared to $100 for all 4 wheels. More

Jaz is wonderful and I have dealt with him before. He put me in touch and Andy Torres and together they made sure I left with a new car, and this was after I arrived at the dealership close to 7:45 in th put me in touch and Andy Torres and together they made sure I left with a new car, and this was after I arrived at the dealership close to 7:45 in the evening and they usually close at 9:00. Both of these gentlemen did what they had to make the sale and have me leave with the car - close to 10:00 that evening! More
