This dealership will con you for your money as much as it can. The salesmen and even the MANAGER will use verbal intimidation to try and coerce you into spending your money. These salesmen will verbally abus can. The salesmen and even the MANAGER will use verbal intimidation to try and coerce you into spending your money. These salesmen will verbally abuse you if you refuse to buy their cars. When I refused to pay them money for a banged up vehicle, the manager banged his fist repeatedly on a car and yelled and screamed at me at the top of his lungs that I had wasted his time and he shouldn't have bothered on me and could have sold a car to another customer. I stood there in shock and I cannot believe this is the MANAGER OF A DEALERSHIP. He verbally threatened me and has FOREVER TARNISHED the good Honda name. I swear to you if you come to this dealership you will regret it. You will truly waste your time, money, patience and good will on a dealership that is only out to scam you. ONCE AGAIN, HONDA CARS OF MCKINNEY IS OUT TO SCAM YOU WITH BROKEN CARS THAT ARE UNCERTIFIED AND THEY REFUSE TO SHOW YOU AND OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS OR PAPERWORK ON THEM, EVEN AT YOUR REQUEST. I bought a car from them. They jacked up the price to more than what it's worth and when i called and asked about it. They disconnected on me. Also they never call back when we leave a message. I have an old Honda Accord EX (1990) with over 200,000 miles. Since I moved to Texas in August of 2009, Ron Tranka has kept my car running and is always helpful in solving my problems. He even helped with clutch problem another shop was having trouble with. He is cheerful, knowledgeable and informative. It has cost me a lot in cash to maintain my old car and makes me wonder if it is time to by a newer car. The parts department has been very heopful on a few occasions too. More
I first went to the Internet to find a dealer that had the precise car that I wanted. I found that car at David McDavid Honda in Frisco. I submitted my "interest" on the internet and received an immediate the precise car that I wanted. I found that car at David McDavid Honda in Frisco. I submitted my "interest" on the internet and received an immediate reply. I went in the next day to a very busy sales floor and to my surprise was greeted very promptly by Rusty Hill. He had the car I wanted washed and ready to go. It took just a few moments to complete the transaction and I was on my way. I returned the next day for an appointment with Brian to learn the "in's & out's" of my Bluetooth & Navigation systems(& any other electronic systems) that are rather imposing for hi-tec challenged senior citizens. Brian did a masterful job & I drove away confident that I had mastered lesson #1. The rest was OJT. Brian did give me his phone numbers where he could be reached 24/7 if I needed tech assistance. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE HONDA PRODU INSTRUCTION BEFORE AND AFTER OUR PURCHASE AND HELPED ME SET UP MY BLUETOOTH , WENT OVER THE GPS , ETC.. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE HONDA PRODUCT AND HE IS A PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY YOUNG MAN. A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. RICK IN FINANCE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. The best car buying experience I've ever had!!! All of the Staff members we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. They made it very easy for us to compare the three models we were deciding between ( the Staff members we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. They made it very easy for us to compare the three models we were deciding between (Pilot, Odyssey, CRV). We ended up choosing a Certified pre-owened Odyssey and couldn't be more pleased. The icing on the cake was the price and trade value we got with very little negotiation. I was told they are the second largest certified pre-owned Honda dealer in the nation and it is easy to see why. Class act all around with great pricing to boot!!! They have earned my repeat business in the future. More
When I first aguired the problem with my CRV the rep. Tony was not very helpful. I called Kenny, who I think is over the service dept. I have never had anyone so concerned about customer satisfaction. He assigned to to rep. Steve Knowles and he made sure I got my loaner car and give me hid card for any problems or questions I might have. My car is working beautifully. More
After requesting to be contacted and indicating that we were really just researching and still not ready to purchase, Brad offered to show us the vehicle and demo some of the features that same day. We didn't end up at the dealership until just before closing time, but Brad hung around just to let us test drive and show us the car. At that point we were probably a couple of weeks from wanting to purchase, but after the positive experience we ended up buying our new Pilot that same evening, with Brad and company staying well after closing to get it done. We had such a positive experience that we are now considering replacing our second car as well, about a month after our original purchase. More
