From the very start, I was met with courtesy and professionalism. I had to take my car in for the 100,000 miles check up and to get some minor things fixed. I came in for a standard oil change and inspection. I asked Steve to get me out within an hour and was done in 30 minutes. As always he was friendly and helpful. The service department used to wash your car when you got an oil change which was great. However, the last two times I have been there they did not wash my car. That is a great bonus to getting your oil cha an oil change which was great. However, the last two times I have been there they did not wash my car. I felt that Ian Lackey was not friendly at all. I was actually surprised being in customer service that he was not more personable. He never hardly even looked at me when I was speaking and asking quest actually surprised being in customer service that he was not more personable.
