MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A TOYOTA 4 RUNNER OR HIGHLANDER FOR OUR SON. WE SAW A GREEN 4-RUNNER PARKED IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND INQUIRED ABOUT IT. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FOR SELL JUST YET AND IT NEEDED TO BE CHECKED OUT. MR. MJ JOHNSON GAVE US HIS CARD AND TOLD US HE WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH US AND GIVE US A CALL ABOUT THE VEHICLE. IT HAS BEEN NOW 2-3 MONTHS IF NOT LONGER AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL AS OF YET. WE RECENTLY WENT BY THE HONDA DEALERSHIP AND OF COURSE THE SUV IS GONE. John "Michaels" Mihail is certainly top notch in the auto dealer industry. Charismatic and energetic, yet professional and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was sellin in the auto dealer industry. My husband and I have been communicating with other personnel at another brand dealer, and John's customer service, as well as Felipe Fuentes, who worked the financing side for us, far exceeded our expectations!! We arrived shortly before closing, which is 9 PM, and they both stayed late for us, almost 11 PM. I have already started spreading the word about Honda cars of McKinney and we just go the car yesterday!! I would highly recommend working with these guys. Thanks!!!!! More
