I just bought a used Odyssey from another dealer (Lute Riley) and we have had a really terrible experience with them. We found out the van needed a new rear engine mount, and that the van was sold to us Riley) and we have had a really terrible experience with them. Then the dealership proceeded to ignore every attempt to get them to work with us on the problem. Even though I didn't ask for anything from service advisor Steve Knowles but to get my van fixed properly, he went way above and beyond to find a way to get most of it paid for for me. I was barely out of pocket. Everyone was also very friendly and professional, and the waiting area was great (I have 2 little girls, and the playroom was awesome!) I am so impressed with the service I received! I have told all my friends, and Honda Cars of Mckinney has earned in us a customer for life! More
