He was very apologetic for the long wait just to get an oil change, but I understood b/c you all had a rush of customers right before the lunch hour. When he said they topped off my washer fluids I laughed and told him that the water pump wasn't working to spray my front windshield. He said give me a minute. He took my car around and blew out the hose and they both work now! He did not have to do that, but took the time to try and it worked! He provided great customer service and I also like to work w/ Ron in your service area. More

I was introduced to Mark when I attended the new car seminar and he has ALWAYS been an incredible service person. He recommends without being pushy, he is always friendly no matter what and he knows his Honda cars inside and out. Being a woman I can tend to feel "taken advatage of" when it comes to service and parts on my CRV. But not with Mark, he is patient and explains everything to me and why we are doing this and why it has to be done, but this other issue can wait a little longer. He is a very honest person and that is a rare quality to find now a days. More

I have had two family members make purchases here and have had several friends use this dealer ship for service and new and used car purchases. have found Honda Cars of McKinney, particularly Ron Tranka, to be a valuable asset for keeping my cars in great condition and I have recommended this dealership on many occasions. Ron provides excellent advice and insures all items are completed before I receive my car back. My vehicle is washed and ready to go when service is complete. I find the dealership and service area to be very clean and inviting and the waiting room is very comfortable with many amenities to make the wait pleasant. All personnel I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful, even just in passing. More

I was in for an oil change. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Since it was my first time there, he was nice enough to explain the services provided.
