Antony (Tony) was friendly from the moment I arrived. He listened to why I was having my Honda Pilot serviced. He checked my service record and suggested several things that needed to be considered. I was only interested at this time in an oil change and tire rotation. He did not try to pressure me to get the other service, but told me to consider it for a future visit. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take to do the maintenance, and it came in under the estimated time. Tony, told me as a result of the quality control inspection, that my battery was low on charge. He offered a new Honda battery for for a competitive price, but I declined at this time. My overall experience was very pleasant and I have pleased with all maintenance I have received since I bought the Pilot from Honda Cars of McKinney in 2003. More

In addition to Mitch's professionalism, he was warm, courteous, and very attentive. His appearance was neat and clean. Antony stated out and got all of the problems that we came to him with. He set our expectations as to what was going to be covered under warranty prior to us leaving, provided us with a loner car as we n came to him with. He gave us a call and followed up with items that were not going to be covered as well as going over items that needed attention that we did not originally discuss. He folloed up at the end of the day to let us know when the car would be ready. When we came in to pick up the car, he spent ample time with us to discuss the details of the work that was done, how much each piece was, as well as how much was covered under warranty.
