This is my first car, and Bryan has done a fantastic job by showing my around the dealership and the car, and explaining everything I need to know in full detail. Steve Knowles by far is the best Service Advisor that we've had at any Honda dealership. He knows us by name and always get's our vehicles in as soon as possible. His friendly attitude, genuine concern we've had at any Honda dealership. He knows us by name and always get's our vehicles in as soon as possible. His friendly attitude, genuine concern and in-depth explanation of the resolution to our lengthly saga with our inoperable DVD head phone situation made us feel confident that he did all he could do to "make it right". Thanks Steve!! PS. A simple complaint that our DVD headphones did not work/transmit resulted in replacement of the DVD system -no remedy, then radio system replaced no remedy and then a sub-cable behind the radio replaced and voila fixed!!) I rated Tony and Honda Cars of McKinney a "5" for all of the above questions because of Tony's customer service skills. I did some research before I cam to the service center so I knew some of what to expe the above questions because of Tony's customer service skills. When I was surprised by some of the repairs that were unexpected, Tony did his best to explain to me what he really felt needed to be completed now and what could wait a while. More
At first, I was very concerned. My transmission had failed in my car and the cost estimate was ~5k, which is more than half the value of the car. My husband and I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord on Oct. 10, 2010. Couple days later we noticed the back window made a noise. We then took it to HCM and spoke with Newell(internet sales). He then spoke with someone else, who got us in on the afternoon of the 28th. We were offered a car but I chose to wait, while the window was being repaired. I watched TV, my son played in the play area. About an hour later my window was fixed, car washed and I was on my way home. Mitch and the team @ HCM did an awesome job. I drove a Honda for 8 years and I am so glad to be driving one again. More
1. Antony took great care from the beginning. He took consideration of my children's safety and closed the dock door next to his desk while we figured out what maintenance I wanted done on my car. 2. The wait time was very short considering it was the weekend. 3. The kids play center is awesome! 4. I also like the HUGE waiting area that the service center has which I have used before. The internet connections/computers is also very helpful.(FYI- I spent most of my time looking at the honda website admiring all of the cars) 5. I like the housekeeping/maintenance that is given to the waiting area, kids area and the bathroom. 6. I would say that overall the TEAM does a great job at making everyone happy. More
