Nelson asked me, after I indicated I really liked the grey Honda we just test drove, if I was going to buy that car today if he could get me the price and terms I wanted. When I said yes; I feel like he did all he could to get me the very best price and terms. I really liked how he told me what to expect from the finance manager. He always seem to care that I felt confortable. The whole experience was like talking to someone after church. He emailed and called me several times after I bought and I had filled out the customer survey. His calls to ask if I had questions and to invite me to the new car seminar Honda of McKinney holds once a month was part of the reason i feel like I made a good decision buying there even though other dealorships are closer. I had a great sales manager (Trae G.) that helped me through the purchase of my new 2011 Accord EX. I came in for kicks just to see if I could trade my 2009 Civic Coupe (53k miles) for a new 2011 Civic through the purchase of my new 2011 Accord EX. I came in for kicks just to see if I could trade my 2009 Civic Coupe (53k miles) for a new 2011 Civic Coupe of a different color. These folks will seriously work with you to get as close to your bottom line payment as possible. After negotiations which included my sales manager making the usual several trips to the decision-making sales manager's office, they came through. But I changed my mind and switched to the 2011 Accord. They came through and got me to my price much quicker this time around. More

When I came to pick up the plates and the accesories, the person who takes care of the paint issue was not working (only onsite Monday and Wednesday during the business day). This is not convenient for me and I was not made aware of this person's schedule. Admittedly this is a minor issue, but a bright yellow spot on the black dash of my brand new car is not desirable. So I'm left with having to find time during the business day to come to your dealership (my office is at LBJ and I35)--not convenient at all. More
