This dealership will con you for your money as much as it can. The salesmen and even the MANAGER will use verbal intimidation to try and coerce you into spending your money. When I refused to pay them money for a banged up vehicle, the manager banged his fist repeatedly on a car and yelled and screamed at me at the top of his lungs that I had wasted his time and he shouldn't have bothered on me and could have sold a car to another customer. I stood there in shock and I cannot believe this is the MANAGER OF A DEALERSHIP. He verbally threatened me and has FOREVER TARNISHED the good Honda name. I first went to the Internet to find a dealer that had the precise car that I wanted. I found that car at David McDavid Honda in Frisco. He had the car I wanted washed and ready to go. It took just a few moments to complete the transaction and I was on my way. I returned the next day for an appointment with Brian to learn the "in's & out's" of my Bluetooth & Navigation systems(& any other electronic systems) that are rather imposing for hi-tec challenged senior citizens. They made it very easy for us to compare the three models we were deciding between ( the Staff members we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake was the price and trade value we got with very little negotiation. I was told they are the second largest certified pre-owned Honda dealer in the nation and it is easy to see why. Class act all around with great pricing to boot!!!
