Helpful the day of sale, but hard to reach after the sale. Salesman did not clearly explain or demonstrate navigation service on the vehicle purchased and misrepresented what was available. Both are standup gentlemen genuine in their ethical approach while conducting a business transaction yet both were friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions and provide important information. There are closer Honda dealerships to where I live but hands down I am so impressed with Honda Cars of McKinney that I as long as this dealership continues to employ staff like the ones I have worked with then this will be my dealership of choice for a long time! Liars - billed for services not rendered Was told by Carl Miller (biggest liar in world) that tests were performed on car. When asked for proof there was none. Advised one tire needed replacing but forced two to be purchased. Brought 'bad' tires to other dealer who advised tire was good. This is not the first time they screw with us. More
