John "Michaels" Mihail is certainly top notch in the auto dealer industry. Charismatic and energetic, yet professional and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was sellin in the auto dealer industry. My husband and I have been communicating with other personnel at another brand dealer, and John's customer service, as well as Felipe Fuentes, who worked the financing side for us, far exceeded our expectations!! We arrived shortly before closing, which is 9 PM, and they both stayed late for us, almost 11 PM. Justin Griffin introduced himself to my wife and I just after we drove onto the lot. Asked if he could help and we told him we just wanted to look around. He explained in great detail about each car. My wife took a test drive in a 2010 Crosstour. She loved it and Jason took us through the features,warranty and pricing. He did a great job!! Rick Dailey handled the paperwork and actual purchase of the car. He was friendly and explained every document in as much detail as needed. He also explained additional warranty options which we purchased an additional wrap around warranty. These guys were the ones we dealt with in the process of buying the car but everyone else we came in contact asked if there was anything they could do to help!! Very professional organization and a pleasant experience in what could have been very stressful. More
